CarScout is a deal-monitoring tool that scans public vehicle listings on Craigslist, AutoTrader, and Facebook Marketplace and notifies registered users of listings priced below market value. CarScout does not sell vehicles, facilitate transactions, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing data.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CarScout. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at z.bouargan@aui.ma.

CarScout aggregates publicly available listing data and uses statistical analysis to identify potentially underpriced vehicles. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing. Always verify a vehicle's condition, title, and history before making any purchase. CarScout is not responsible for any transaction you enter into based on information from the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarScout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
By creating an account and enabling alerts, you consent to receive transactional emails from CarScout. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or through your Alert Rules page.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
